- Payment-related information: when you pay a design fee or trip balance, payment is processed directly by Bold, our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our own systems.
- Website usage data: we use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use our site.

We use the information we collect to:
- Design and coordinate your personalized itinerary
- Communicate with you before, during, and after your trip
- Process payments through our payment provider

We share information only as needed to deliver your trip, including with:
- Bold (payment processing)
- Calendly (scheduling)
- Google Workspace (email and business tools)
- Hostinger (website hosting)
- Vetted local partners directly involved in delivering your itinerary (e.g., hotels, guides, transport), limited to what they need to serve you.
We require these partners to handle your information responsibly, though each operates under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review.
4. International Data Transfers
FIND MEDELLIN operates in Colombia. If you are contacting us from the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, or elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in Colombia, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By using our services, you consent to this transfer.
